NUERiQ is an online learning platform operated by Sprintpark LLC (“Sprintpark”, “NUERiQ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The platform is provided to support educational institutions, instructors, students, and academy administrators in managing live online learning and related activities.
NUERiQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide reliable and secure services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform.
Service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, network issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
NUERiQ provides the technology to facilitate online learning. Sprintpark LLC does not create, review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or completeness of educational content, materials, or communications shared by academies, instructors, or users.
Each academy and instructor is solely responsible for the content delivered through the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and one-time verification (OTP) codes. Never share your verification code with anyone.
Sprintpark LLC is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from the disclosure or misuse of login credentials or OTPs.
NUERiQ may rely on third-party services, including cloud hosting, SMS delivery, analytics, and payment providers. Sprintpark LLC is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by these third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sprintpark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, NUERiQ.
