NUERiQ
NUERiQ is operated by Sprintpark LLC. These terms explain how live classes, attendance, billing, and SMS verification work inside NUERiQ.
Active student = a student who attended at least one class in the billing month. Presence is tracked from live session join events (including breakout rooms).
This definition powers monthly usage calculations and invoice generation inside the billing console.
By default each student can join from one active device. Academies can opt into a second device add-on. Switching devices revokes access on the previous device and may require re-joining the class.
Join tokens are short-lived to prevent abuse. Excessive device churn or repeated join attempts may be rate-limited automatically.
Before selecting Send OTP, you must enter your phone number and check an unchecked SMS consent box confirming that you agree to receive one-time SMS verification codes from Sprintpark LLC, doing business as NUERiQ, at the phone number you entered.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your login and onboarding requests. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
These messages are transactional authentication messages only and are not marketing or promotional SMS. The Send OTP button is disabled until this consent checkbox is checked.
Live sessions run without recording or streaming enabled by default. Teachers manage attendance, lobby admits, and breakout room moves within the NUERiQ control room.
