Phone number usage

Sprintpark LLC, doing business as NUERiQ, collects your phone number when you request login or onboarding verification for an academy workspace, or when you submit a demo enquiry.

For account access, we use your number to send one-time passcodes, validate account access, and support security notifications related to sign-in. For demo enquiries, we save the contact and academy details you submit so our team can respond and arrange your demo. A demo enquiry does not opt you into authentication SMS.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Messaging and consent

Before requesting an OTP, users must enter their phone number and check an unchecked consent box agreeing to receive one-time SMS verification codes from Sprintpark LLC, doing business as NUERiQ, at the phone number they entered.

NUERiQ does not use these authentication flows for marketing or promotional SMS. SMS consent is used only for requested verification and account security messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on login and onboarding requests. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Analytics and advertising data

With your consent, NUERiQ may use Google Analytics 4 to understand product usage and may use Google Ads or remarketing technologies for ads measurement, conversion tracking, remarketing, and ad personalization.

Google may receive data for ads measurement. Google Ads and remarketing may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies. Personal data is used for ad personalization only with consent where consent is required.

Security and support

OTP codes are short-lived and intended only for the user who requested access. Do not share your verification code with anyone.
